These terms govern your use of Coach Renata's services and website.
Services Provided
Coach Renata provides life coaching services specifically for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. These services are educational and supportive in nature, not therapeutic or medical treatment.
Client Responsibilities

Attend scheduled sessions on time

Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Engage honestly and actively in the coaching process

Pay for services as agreed upon
Coach Responsibilities

Provide professional, trauma-informed coaching services

Maintain confidentiality (except where legally required to report)

Respect your pace and boundaries

Offer a safe, non-judgmental environment
Confidentiality

All communications are confidential except when:

You provide written consent to share information

There is imminent danger to yourself or others

Legal requirements mandate disclosure

Court orders require disclosure
Limitations
Life coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing mental health symptoms that interfere with daily functioning, professional mental health services may be more appropriate.
Liability
Coaching services are provided "as is." Coach Renata is not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on coaching sessions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith discussion. If needed, mediation in Buffalo, New York will be pursued before legal action.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
