Refund Policy

Fair and Compassionate Refund Policy

 

I understand that beginning coaching requires trust and investment. This policy balances fairness for both of us while honoring your healing journey.

 

Individual Sessions

 

• Full refund if cancelled with 24+ hours notice

• Same-day cancellations: no refund, but emergency situations considered case-by-case

• No-shows: no refund unless emergency circumstances

 

Coaching Packages

 

Full Package Refunds

• 100% refund within 48 hours of purchase (before first session)

• After first session: refund of remaining sessions minus 10% administration fee

 

Partial Refunds

• Unused sessions can be refunded up to 30 days into your package timeframe

• Completed sessions are non-refundable

• Medical or family emergencies: extended timeframes or partial refunds considered

 

No Refund Situations

• After package completion timeframe has ended

• More than 50% of sessions have been completed

• Violation of coaching agreement terms

 

Emergency Circumstances

 

Life happens, especially during healing journeys. Medical emergencies, family crises, or significant life changes will be handled with compassion and flexibility.

 

Process for Refunds

2. Include reason and any relevant documentation

3. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refunds issued to original payment method
