Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that life happens, and flexibility is important for your healing journey. Individual Sessions: Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Emergency situations will be handled with compassion and on a case-by-case basis. Coaching Packages: Sessions can be rescheduled within the package timeframe with 24 hours notice. Package timeframes can be extended due to illness or emergency circumstances. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the extended timeframe. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, minus any completed sessions. Payment & Scheduling: Payment is due at time of booking for individual sessions. Package payments are due before the first session begins. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within your package timeframe. I'm committed to creating a safe, supportive experience.
